If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.
RENTRECORD IS A RECORD-KEEPING AND ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL ONLY. IT IS NOT A LAW FIRM, LEGAL SERVICE, OR SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL ADVICE.

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome — legal, financial, housing-related, or otherwise — resulting from your use of RentRecord.
While RentRecord applies reasonable timestamps to records at the time of creation, the Company does not represent or warrant that records are cryptographically certified, legally certified, notarized, or tamper-proof. You are solely responsible for independently verifying and preserving evidence for any legal proceeding.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RentRecord. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@apprentrecord.com.
RentRecord provides a digital interface for creating and storing timestamped log entries related to rental housing, including communication, maintenance requests, and payment records, with photo attachments and PDF export. RentRecord does NOT provide legal advice, certified documentation, or any guarantee of evidentiary weight.
You retain ownership of all records and files you upload. You are solely responsible for their accuracy and legality. You agree NOT to use RentRecord to create false, fabricated, or fraudulent records, harass any person, violate any law, or engage in any harmful conduct. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials comprising RentRecord (excluding your User Content) are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, AND LEGAL EFFECTIVENESS OF ANY RECORDS CREATED USING THIS SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00). THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or any legal proceeding in which you use records created with this Service.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, not in court. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION. Governing law: State of Wyoming.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms at any time without notice.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice.
